Click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage, fill in your name, mobile number, email, and password, and verify your account via OTP or email link.


4. Can I use DukanWaale.com on mobile?

Yes! The website is mobile-responsive and works smoothly on all Android and iOS browsers.
A dedicated mobile app is coming soon on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for eligible orders under ₹5,000 and within serviceable pin codes.
COD may not be available for heavy or customized items.


8. My payment failed, but the amount was deducted. What should I do?

Don’t worry — failed payments are automatically refunded to your account within 3–7 business days.
If not, email us at support@dukanwaale.com with your order ID and transaction details.

9. How long will my order take to deliver?

Most orders are delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

10. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier name by SMS/email.
You can also track it directly in the “My Orders” section on your DukanWaale dashboard.


11. What if my order is delayed?

Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high demand.
If it’s delayed beyond the expected time, please contact our support team — we’ll resolve it quickly.


12. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, DukanWaale.com serves within India only.
International delivery options will be added soon for selected products.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

13. What is your return policy?

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, if the product is:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Different from what was shown on the website.

14. How do I request a return or replacement?

Go to My Orders → Select Product → Request Return,
choose your reason, upload images (if needed), and submit.
Our support team will arrange a pickup within 2–4 days.


15. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after product inspection.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or DukanWaale Wallet.


16. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed — you can only return the item after delivery.

17. How can I sell my products on DukanWaale.com?

You can register as a vendor by clicking “Sell on DukanWaale” on the homepage and filling out the vendor form.
Our verification team will review your details within 24–48 hours.


18. What documents are required to become a vendor?

  • GSTIN Number
  • PAN Card
  • Bank Account Details
  • Address Proof (Aadhaar or Utility Bill)
  • Product Catalog with images

19. How are vendor payments processed?

All vendor payments are released every 7–10 business days after successful delivery and customer confirmation.


20. Are there any seller fees or commissions?

Yes, a small commission per sale applies based on category.
There are no joining fees or hidden charges.


21. What happens if a vendor ships a fake or poor-quality product?

Vendors found violating DukanWaale’s quality or authenticity policies will face immediate suspension, penalty, and refund recovery.
We prioritize customer trust over everything.
